For preorders and customized color hair, usually 10–15 days before shipping.

Local shipping usually takes 2–4 business days.
International shipping takes 10-15 business days.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! Once your order ships, tracking activity begins within 24 hours.

Can I make a change to my order?

No. Once the order is placed, we process it immediately for shipping, so changes are not possible.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final once the order has shipped.

Are you responsible for stolen or lost packages?

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address.
